Job Search Coaching
A lot of people find work without the help of a job search coach. Why should I consider working with one?
You are absolutely right. A lot of people find work without a job search coach . . . and a lot of people find the wrong work by leading their search without someone helping them.
After all, Michael Jordan was a tremendous talent without a coach but it took a particular coach to help him win a championship, let alone multiple championships. The same is true for Kobe Bryant, Lebron James, Shaquille O’Neal and others. As talented as they are or were, each needed an outside set of eyes on their situation to win a title.
And coaching is not just for athletes. Entertainers all have coaches . . . Michael Jackson, Lionel Ritchie, Madonna and others all have (or had) voice coaches to help them perform at a high level.
And who has been helping you? Probably no one.
